  • Newsletter, if you subscribe: your email address.
  • Contact form: your email address and the content of your message.
  • Technical data: IP address and connection information recorded by the server, required for the security and proper operation of the website.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Managing your account and giving you access to the website’s features: performance of the terms of use.
  • Sending you our newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
  • Answering your requests: our legitimate interest in replying to you.
  • Ensuring the security and proper operation of the website: our legitimate interest.

Retention periods

  • Account: as long as it is active; it is deleted after three years without login, or earlier at your request.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Contact requests: while they are handled, then three years at most.
  • Technical logs: twelve months at most.

Your data is intended for WEB & BOX. It may be processed on our behalf and according to our instructions by our technical providers (website hosting by IONOS, on servers located in Germany, within the European Union; email delivery). It is never sold or rented.

They are also used to produce internal visit statistics, which are not shared with any third party. The website uses neither advertising cookies nor third-party audience measurement tools.
